Hosting a webinar shouldn’t be rocket science. Audio and web conferences aren’t brain surgery. And, customer care doesn’t include a system of beeps and prompts. It should be user friendly, reliable and supported by a team of professionals, which is exactly what we deliver.
Focus on Your Conference
We understand your needs so you can focus on the substance of your conference and not the technology.
ReadyTalk Customer Care and Account Specialists
Our services are user friendly, reliable and supported by a team of professionals, which is exactly what we deliver.
From small virtual meetings to large web events, ReadyTalk provides audio and web conferencing services that are affordable and easy to use, so you can focus on the substance of the meeting, not the technology behind it. And, when you do call us with a question, afterwards we want you to hang up the phone and say, “Wow, that was good customer service” and tell someone else.
In 2001, a fearless and persistent team of entrepreneurs set out to build a great audio and web conferencing technology company. We wanted to build a company that we would all be extremely proud of – one that succeeded in the market because of great products and remarkable customer service. We felt that if we could succeed at this, impassioned customer referrals would follow and our continued growth would be assured. When we began our journey, we were guided by a number of principles. These principles are as true today as they were when we started:
Today, whether your need is holding a small virtual meeting or hosting a large webinar, ReadyTalk can meet your needs. We provide audio and web conferencing services that are highly reliable, affordable and easy to use, so you can focus on the substance of your meeting rather than the technology behind it. And when you need support, we make it quick and easy for you to connect with a knowledgeable and helpful professional. Our hope is that after you’ve contacted us, you will hang up the phone and remark, “Wow, that was great customer service, just like every other time I’ve interacted with ReadyTalk.”
Our consistent focus on “WOW through Service and Technology” and our commitment to the quality of our work environment has allowed us to earn recognition as one of the fastest growing companies in North America and also as one of the best companies to work at.
