Job Description

This position is responsible for performing testing in the areas of functionality, performance, regression and scalability for ReadyTalk's web-based application, website and back-office systems such as billing and provisioning. This position works closely with the software developers as part of the Engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree plus one year minimum of experience in a desktop application SQA role
• Flexibility to work outside of business hours as a release schedule requires

Duties

• Write and execute test plans and detailed test scripts
• Work closely with development team to resolve issues
• Document defects in defect tracking system and re-test corrected defects
• Work within the company's software development lifecycle process
• Review user documentation for completeness and accuracy

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and execute SQA plans for both new and existing web-based applications and features
• Understanding of software development process
• Superior documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Strong attention to detail
