ReadyTalk, one of the fastest growing technology companies in the country, launched its conferencing event manager last week. The event manager improves the end-to-end management of high-touch web and audio conferences.

DENVER, Colorado — April. 9, 2008 - ReadyTalk, one of the fastest growing technology companies in the country, launched its conferencing event manager last week. The event manager improves the end-to-end management of high-touch web and audio conferences. ReadyTalk’s new release allows the company to continue its strong growth in the event space and to continue to differentiate itself within the conferencing marketplace.

The event manager allows ReadyTalk’s customers to schedule an event in advance, collect registrations from prospective attendees, and send customized invitation emails, track registration and attendance, as well as conduct post-event surveys all as a complimentary part of their existing conferencing service. This gives ReadyTalk a competitive advantage as related by Dan King, CEO of ReadyTalk:

“At ReadyTalk, we focus on building products that are simple and streamlined allowing our customers to be successful in their work. Including the event manager as part of our core offering is a natural extension of this philosophy. Our customers have continued to request tools that let them better conduct their formal events, and we feel that the Event Manager is a simple way to give them the enhanced capabilities they’ve requested.”

Applications for the event manager are numerous. Many marketing departments conduct large events presented by expert speakers as part of their lead-generation initiatives. Additionally, events can be used to establish thought leadership and educate the public about a company’s products or services. ReadyTalk’s event manager gives customers a single interface to manage all of the moving parts of their events. Scott King, Vice President of ReadyTalk, states:

“Our event manager allows our customers to manage the minute details of a web event. From speaker photos and bios to setting up the registration page and conducting post-event surveys, the service organizes it all for you. When integrated with our audio service, there is no other offering like it in the market.”

Turning Audio and Web Conferences into Podcasts, Users Subscribe, Then Watch and Listen on the Go

DENVER, CO., October 31, 2007 - ReadyTalk, recently ranked number 102 on Deloitte’s 2007 Technology Fast 500 and 3rd on their Technology Fast 50 in Colorado, has introduced an easy-to-use podcasting tool for businesses. Customers can now easily record conferences, edit the recordings and distribute these web and audio recordings as podcasts. This service is unique from other providers because both the audio and visual content can be downloaded to a laptop, iPod or any other device that supports MP3 or MP4 playback. With one click employees, customers or partners can subscribe to a podcast and watch conference content anytime and anywhere. It’s a great way for businesses to increase their marketing reach and make sure everyone in their company stays connected. Best of all, this podcasting tool is free to ReadyTalk’s customers.

First to market with this powerful platform, ReadyTalk already has clients giving it high praise. Courtney Milliken, a Franchise Development Manager with PRstore shares, “This allows us to reach out to prospects in a much greater, broader way.” Milliken highlights the fact that they can affordably and easily conduct trainings, make announcements and roll out new products. She adds, “The visual component is really important. Just having audio is sometimes limiting, you just can see what someone is talking about.” With stores all over the country, Milliken believes support is what helps businesses thrive. “We constantly need to be in touch with franchise owners and having such a portable product is a great way to make sure everyone’s connected and getting all the latest information to help them run their businesses successfully.”

For some companies, it’s not a matter of if they need to start using podcasting, but when. While companies try to maintain a competitive edge, they look to technology to give them a leg up. Industry PR giant Edelman released a survey of businesses which showed a surprising 35% of companies using podcasts, while Marketing Sherpa’s Business Technology Buyers Survey cited 78% of business technology buyers have listened to technology-related podcasts more than once. In addition, the common mantra in business is ” save time, save money”, and early-adopters of ReadyTalk’s podcasting solution will see the immediate savings in both areas when deploying the technology - they’ll be presenting to their sales teams, clients and potential investors and issuing press releases, all from a desktop or laptop, directly to their targets in every corner of the world.

Helping clients connect better with their employees and their customers, ReadyTalk’s podcasting tool allows for more effective communication, no matter the size or location of a business. Want to experience how your business can benefit from podcasting? Watch ReadyTalk’s web seminar on how to extend your company’s reach with podcasting or visit ReadyTalk’s podcasting site to learn how you can easily create your own podcast series.

ReadyTalk uses a commitment to their customers to propel
themselves to 102nd fastest growing company in North America as ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500

Denver, CO - October 23, 2007 - ReadyTalk today announced that it ranked third on Deloitte’s Colorado 2007 Colorado Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in Colorado. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over five years, from 2002–2006. ReadyTalk grew 1623 percent during this period.

ReadyTalk’s CEO, Dan King, credits a number of factors for the company’s substantial revenue growth over the past five years. He said, “We have been very focused on delivering an integrated audio and web conferencing service that is extremely reliable and very easy to use. In addition, we have assembled an outstanding team that is committed to ensuring our customers have a great experience working with ReadyTalk.”

“Sustaining high revenue growth over five years is an exceptional accomplishment,” said Phil Asmundson, vice chairman, U.S. Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Deloitte & Touche USA LLP. “We are proud to honor ReadyTalk with a ranking on the Deloitte’s Colorado Technology Fast 50 list.”

In addition to ranking on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50, ReadyTalk ranked 102nd on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, which is a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology firms in the country based on revenue over five years.

Overall, companies that ranked on the 2007 Colorado Technology Fast 500 had growth rates ranging from 253 to 79,060 percent over five years, with an average growth rate of 1,823 percent.

Fast 500 Selection and Qualifying Criteria

The Fast 500 ranks the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. It is compiled from Deloitte’s 16 regional North American Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. Companies are selected based on percentage revenue growth from 2002 to 2006.

Entrants must own proprietary intellectual property or proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company’s operating revenues or devote a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology. Using other companies’ technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify. Base-year operating revenues must be at least $50,000 USD or $75,000 CD, and current-year operating revenues must be at least $5 million USD or CD. Companies must be in business a minimum of five years, and they must be headquartered within North America.

About Deloitte

Deloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, its member firms, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is an organization of member firms around the world devoted to excellence in providing professional services and advice, focused on client service through a global strategy executed locally in nearly 140 countries. With access to the deep intellectual capital of approximately 150,000 people worldwide, Deloitte delivers services in four professional areas—audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services—and serves more than 80 percent of the world’s largest companies, as well as large national enterprises, public institutions, locally important clients, and successful, fast-growing global companies. Services are not provided by the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Verein, and, for regulatory and other reasons, certain member firms do not provide services in all four professional areas.

As a Swiss Verein (association), neither Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu nor any of its member firms has any liability for each other’s acts or omissions. Each of the member firms is a separate and independent legal entity operating under the names “Deloitte,” “Deloitte & Touche,” “Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu,” or other related names.

Web seminar company achieves triple-digit growth to land on Denver Business Journal list

DENVER, Colo. September 26, 2007 ReadyTalk, a company dedicated to providing the absolute best customer experience for high-impact web seminars and everyday collaboration and conferencing, has been named to the Denver Business Journal’s (DBJ) 2007 list of the Fastest Growing Denver-Area Private Companies in the medium-sized companies category. This adds another honor to the company’s 2007 achievements as it also was recently ranked number one on the list of the Best Companies to Work for in Colorado in the small/medium-sized companies category.

The Fastest Growing Denver-Area Private Companies list was compiled based on participating companies’ annual revenues from 2004-2006. ReadyTalk experienced 147 percent growth during that time period which placed them 15th on the list of the top 25 fastest-growing medium sized companies in the Denver area.

“Our employees work very hard to ensure that we continue to deliver the best possible experience for our customers,” said Dan King, CEO of ReadyTalk. “It’s great to be recognized in this way and to be counted among other companies who are focused on building and maintaining growth-oriented, yet sustainable businesses.”

ReadyTalk has achieved such spectacular growth by focusing on large online events; an often overlooked segment of the marketplace. Large online events, or webinars, require a higher degree of service and expertise than most companies are willing to provide. By catering to this segment with a dedicated event staff and an upcoming product release, ReadyTalk has been able to distinguish itself within a crowded market.

This year, the DBJ’s Fastest Growing Denver-Area Private Companies list awarded small, medium and large fastest-growing companies. Size was determined by looking at a company’s 2006 revenues and deciding on a median number of all companies responding to the survey. Companies with less than $3.3 million revenue were considered in the small-company category; between $3.3 million and $11.48 million were medium companies; and the large companies had revenue of more than $11.48 million. To be eligible for consideration, companies’ headquarters must be maintained in one of the following Colorado counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson.

Denver, Colo.
“It is both gratifying and validating to receive this recognition,” said Dan King, CEO of ReadyTalk. “Our company strives to build lasting relationships with our customers by delivering to them effective collaboration tools and services that are backed by outstanding support. Our ability to do this starts with hiring talented and committed employees and creating a work environment that enables them to fulfill their potential.”

“We think people are using the Web-conference tools to build better, more engaging meetings,” said Dan King, president of ReadyTalk, a Denver- based Web-conferencing company. “Conferencing as a service is a beneficiary of things that sometimes shock an economy, like gas prices. But once companies experience the productivity, they continue with these kinds of products.”…King said ReadyTalk revenues from Web conferences are up 70 percent this year, compared with the same period in 2006. Revenues from audio conferences are up 45 percent, by comparison.
