October 24, 2011 – Following last year’s successful launch of integrated social media tools, ReadyTalk, a leading provider of audio and web conferencing and webinar services, today announced new social sharing features that provide customers with additional tools for promoting webinars. In a recent survey of nearly 1,500 people, Frost & Sullivan found that nearly three-fourths are personally using social media tools, and almost two-thirds do so as part of their day-to-day jobs. Overall, 60 percent of companies are using social media for marketing and customer support purposes.
