Today we rolled out some exciting new enhancements to the ReadyTalk Administration Center. We’ve received great feedback from customers who have been using this tool for adding new users and access codes and viewing user information. We’ve taken the suggestions to heart and added some valuable new features to the Administration Center. With the expanded functionality you can now:
- Edit user and access code information
- Have the option to apply user address changes to all associated access codes
- View your invoice and detailed invoice reports
- Pay your current invoice
- Download a real time usage report for all users and access codes
