ReadyTalk for Salesforce Case StudyAs you read this, thousands of people are making their way to San Francisco for Salesforce’s annual user conference, Dreamforce. As we’ve mentioned, a major component of ReadyTalk exhibiting at Dreamforce is to create awareness about our free Salesforce App, ReadyTalk for Salesforce.

The app allows ReadyTalk customers to seamlessly integrate data from web conferences and webinars with Salesforce. Integrating this data into Salesforce enables customers to act more quickly on that data. It also improves data accuracy.

Many of our customers have experienced improved efficiencies from the integration. But don’t take my word for it.  Frost and Sullivan wrote about how one company, Overdrive, uses ReadyTalk for Salesforce to manage their webinar-based training programs.
