Simone has been involved with both the sales and marketing teams at ReadyTalk and is currently the role of Marketing Demand Generation Manager, overseeing outbound marketing campaigns and the monthly ReadyTalk Webinar Series and corresponding newsletter. She works closely with the sales team and product marketing to develop lead generation and nurturing programs for prospects. Here are just a few areas she's involved with on a daily basis:

- Campaign creation, management and messaging for sales team prospecting
- Email communications and landing page creation
- Marketing automation program creation (Eloqua)
- Tracking, dashboard metrics & reports in Salesforce.com
- Social media strategy & implementation

She enjoys her role at ReadyTalk and continues to learn new marketing strategies and tactics on a daily basis.

She also heads up our company Wellness Committee, which goes hand in hand with her obsession with all things outdoors. Skiing, mountain biking, climbing, triathlons, and trail runs with her dog, Bucket, are just a few of the things she enjoys outside of the office. She's happily engaged and  strives to make at least one person laugh everyday.
