ReadyTalk Customer Advisory Group
ReadyTalk's goal is to continually enhance our services and to find new and innovative ways to help our customers communicate. We know the best way to accomplish this is to talk directly to you (our customers) and better understand your needs. That's why we invite you to join the ReadyTalk Customer Advisory Group.
As part of the Customer Advisory Group, you will:
- Participate in our usability testing and provide us feedback on web-based prototypes
- Help us prioritize product features and provide us with your own feature suggestions
- Be part of a pilot test group and use our new services before they are released to the public
The information we gather from you will be translated directly into product design improvements and new service offerings. There is no time commitment required to join—a couple of times each year we will ask for your feedback and have you participate in testing.
