You may grant control of A feature that allows the chairperson or co-presenter to grant a person control of their applications or their desktop. your applications in several different ways. The method by which you grant control is mainly determined by the presentation mode.
To grant control using the chairperson controls:
Granting control using the chairperson control is easy to do when you are presenting slides and the controls are readily accessible. If the controls are hidden, you may also grant control using the Showing/Not Showing button located in the upper right hand corner of the application.
Select Grant control of my applications from the drop down menu.

The grant control selection box will appear allowing you to select the appropriate applications and the participant to which you wish to grant control.

Select the participant and click OK. The chosen participant will now have control over the selected application.
After control has been granted the participant will receive a pop up box notifying them that control has been passed.

The chairperson or co-presenter that granted control will also see a confirmation box that control has been granted.

To revoke control, switch presentation modes with either the Select Action drop-down or the Showing button. Or, simply end control using the participant action arrow. Participants will be warned when control has been revoked.

The chairperson will also see a confirmation of revoked control.

You may also grant control of your applications by using the black action arrow next to the participant's name in the moderator controls.
