You may use application showing to display any applications which are currently open. You may show web browsers, Microsoft Word documents, spreadsheets, and proprietary software.
Choose Show my applications from the drop down menu.
An application selection box will appear. Select the applications you would like to share and click OK.
The applications you wish
to share will come to the foreground and will have a 
button in the upper right hand corner.
You may also share applications
or your desktop by using the button.
