Hosting a webinar shouldn’t be rocket science. Audio and web conferences aren’t brain surgery. And, customer care doesn’t include a system of beeps and prompts. It should be user friendly, reliable and supported by a team of professionals, which is exactly what we deliver.

How We Got Here

In 2000, a fearless and persistent team of entrepreneurs set out to build a great audio and web conferencing technology company. We wanted to build a company that we would all be extremely proud of – one that succeeded in the market because of great products and remarkable customer service. We felt that if we could succeed at this, impassioned customer referrals would follow and our continued growth would be assured. When we began our journey, we were guided by a number of principles. These principles are as true today as they were when we started:

Passionate Principles

Passion, innovation and useful technology are the cornerstones of our business but we also live by a set of key principles to ensure customer success and employee engagement:

  • Build products that are rock solid and really easy to use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver outstanding value to our customers.
  • Create a work environment that we want to go to every day.

Being a ReadyTalk Customer

With a commitment to these principles in mind, ReadyTalk employees want to make you say, “WOW.” Sign up for a free trial so you can experience what others are saying.

Today, whether your need is holding a small virtual meeting or hosting a large webinar, ReadyTalk can meet your needs. We provide audio and web conferencing services that are highly reliable, affordable and easy to use, so you can focus on the substance of your meeting rather than the technology behind it. And when you need support, we make it quick and easy for you to connect with a knowledgeable and helpful professional. Our hope is that after you’ve contacted us, you will hang up the phone and remark, “Wow, that was great customer service, just like every other time I’ve interacted with ReadyTalk.”

Our consistent focus on “WOW through Service and Technology” and our commitment to the quality of our work environment has allowed us to earn recognition as one of the fastest growing companies in North America and also as one of the best companies to work at.

This customer-centric culture is measured on how ReadyTalk is judged by its customers –through satisfaction scores, customer retention rates and new business referrals.

More than a decade later, ReadyTalk continues to grow its number of happy customers and happy employees. On our annual customer survey, customers mark high satisfaction scores. More telling, our customers frequently refer us to others. Meanwhile, the company continually ranks as one of the best places to work (check out the awards page for details).
