As an inside sales representative you will be responsible for handling all inbound leads, qualifying the lead and either distributing  the lead to an Account Executive or moving it through the funnel to close.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries
  • Conduct demos on a weekly basis
  • Follow up with new inbound sales leads via telephone, email and chat, following the sales process from beginning to end
  • Set up a scheduled demonstration or appointment for Account Executives
  • Close and transition smaller accounts to ReadyTalk Account Management team
  • Document all activities, account information, and opportunity data in salesforce.com
  • Perform data cleansing and auditing of data to identify gaps, process flaws and missing information

Requirements

  • 1-3 years previous sales, account management, or customer service experience
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Attention to process and detail amidst multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • CRM experience
  • Ability to grasp new technology
