Readytalk Accelerates Customer Growth In 2015, Reloads For 2016

DENVER, March 31, 2016 – ReadyTalk, a leading provider of online conferencing and webinar services, saw record customer growth in 2015, closing more than 1000 new accounts across its lines of business.
Notable brands that began leveraging ReadyTalk’s powerful communications, content and engagement technologies include Hootsuite, Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), Bazaarvoice and NVIDIA.
In order to keep up with mounting demand and continue its fervent push to innovate, ReadyTalk plans to boost its total employee count by almost 25 percent year-over-year. Two key executives are also adjusting their roles in 2016 to more acutely align with the company’s goals. Co-founder Scott King takes on the position of chief revenue officer to lead sales, marketing and business development efforts. David Chao, formerly VP of marketing and product strategy, has been elevated to chief strategy officer, focusing his time and expertise on leading all product development teams.

Several industry organizations recognized ReadyTalk’s commitment to advancing its technology platforms and delivering the best, most personalized experience possible to its customers. Recently, Frost & Sullivan presented ReadyTalk with the “2016 North American Conferencing Services Industry Customer Value Leadership Award.” ReadyTalk also attained a silver Stevie Award for “Customer Service Department of the Year – Telecommunications” in 2015 and followed that up with a bronze Stevie Award in the same category for 2016.

Employees logged nearly 350 combined hours of community service in 2015, positively impacting 13 charitable organizations, including the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, Trips for Kids, Young Philanthropists Foundation and Mosaic. The company donated almost $50,000 and employees gave upwards of $15,000 of their own money, which ReadyTalk also matched, to financially support deserving causes. That holistic involvement led to ReadyTalk being named one of the Denver Business Journal’s “Partners in Philanthropy” and landing on Outside Magazine’s “100 Best Places to Work” in 2015.
