Collaborative Effort Enables Agencies to Make Webinars a Viable, Strategic Part of Their Recommended Marketing Mix
DENVER, October 11, 2016 – ReadyTalk, a leading provider of online conferencing and webinar services, today introduced a Marketing Agency Partner Program that allows such agencies to increase revenue and expand services by pairing with ReadyTalk to offer strategic consulting and reliable webinar technology to clients.
With ReadyTalk’s involvement, a marketing agency team can save roughly 10 hours during the planning phase of the webinar process for an average client. Smarter, more efficient recommendations mean marketing agencies can spend less time and budget creating a webinar strategy and more time generating leads by executing webinars for up to 3000 attendees on ReadyTalk’s proven, flexible, full-featured platform. Additionally, agencies receive a 20 percent commission on any webinar subscription signed by a joint customer.
Agencies receive a blueprint and toolkit that guides them through the entire webinar strategy process, including defining calculated business goals, building deliverables, selecting speakers and budgeting. The toolkit also includes best practices for logistics and maximizing value of post-webinar content as well as assets that empower an end client’s marketing, business development and sales teams to take full advantage of the webinars they present.
“Webinars continue to be a top marketing and demand generation tactic due to their rich content options, actionable insights and consistently high ROI,” said Beth Toeniskoetter, manager of webinar line of business, ReadyTalk. “Marketing agencies know their clients’ needs better than anyone aside from the clients themselves, so the ReadyTalk Marketing Agency Partner Program serves as a way to meet those needs by offering another vehicle for demand gen and brand awareness.”
“We know how impactful webinars are for our clients,” said Doug Kirk, president, Optimize 3.0. “We strive to make every moment of our time count toward executing campaigns, garnering quality leads and filling the sales funnel. Being able to use ReadyTalk’s strategic expertise as a springboard makes webinars a distinct possibility for our clients and a valuable differentiator for our agency.”
“Even before they rolled out this unique program, we placed ReadyTalk in the ‘Leaders’ section of our Market Compass for Webinar Providers,” said David Smith, founder and principal, InFlow Analysis. “ReadyTalk’s scalable technology, customizable branding and support over the course of the entire webinar workflow constitute an appealing offering for marketing agencies to suggest to their clients.”
Under the program’s structure, agencies provide any managed services needed to execute client webinars. For now, the Marketing Agency Partner Program includes live webinars, but will extend to cover replay and recorded webinar formats in the future. HubSpot’s network of agency partners has been the first group to receive direct invitations to partipate, but the referral offer, benefits and resources are applicable to any marketing or CRM agency for use with any client.
