New from ReadyTalk – Chat Q&A Enhancements

If you’ve run a webinar before, you’ve probably done the intricate dance of managing the chat window while trying to pull off a smooth presentation. As you may have experienced, this is no easy task.

This week, ReadyTalk released new enhancements to its Q&A Management feature simplifying this process and allowing the chairperson and presenters to work in unison.

Some of the benefits of ReadyTalk’s enhanced chat management include:

  • Flag incoming chats as “Questions” or “Answered,” and add them to the queue for presenters to answer, follow up later or marked as answered.
  • Keep presenters focused solely on the “Questions” tab so they only see the questions which come through.
  • Better reporting and categorizing allows you to sort chats by conversation, making it easier for the organizer to follow up or turn questions into important pieces of content.
