We just celebrated two years since releasing ReadyTalk for Salesforce on the AppExchange. We've had a lot of great customer feedback, and based on that feedback, we've released some major product enhancements in that time. As with any application, we can't solve every pain point, but we continue to churn out new features often. In fact, our next release is currently scheduled for November around Dreamforce. I'd like to share with you a few ways we have expanded the scope of our app simply by leveraging the features already available within Salesforce.
Many of our customers have asked to see their meeting and recording playback history on the Opportunity record in addition to Leads and Contacts. While that feature is not currently available, there is a nice workaround that we've implemented. By creating a custom report link on your Opportunity record it only takes one click to see meeting attendance and/or confirmations for all Contacts linked to your Opportunity's Account. And since it's a custom report, you can pull in any relevant Meeting, Meeting Member, or Contact columns that are important to your org. Same type of report is available for your Recording Playbacks, assuming you sent their invite from Salesforce.
We've also heard from several customers that they would like to notify the Lead or Contact owner when their prospect registers or attends a ReadyTalk Meeting. This is where the beauty of Workflow comes in handy. Assuming you've tied your Meeting record to a Salesforce Campaign, you can setup a workflow rule from the Campaign Member object to send an email directly to the Lead or Contact owner based on specific Campaign Member/Meeting Member statuses, in this case "Confirmed" or "Attended". Again, same logic applies to Recording Playbacks.

Another way you might consider expanding your use of ReadyTalk's App is through customized Dashboard metrics. Although we include a Dashboard with the app install, there is nothing stopping you from customizing that to suit your company's specific needs. For example, would you like to encourage your Sales Team to invite their prospects to an upcoming webinar? Or do you want to organize a contest for highest prospect attendance by rep? Or maybe you'd like to see if your Account Managers are inviting their new customers to your online trainings? Based on the ReadyTalk Meeting Member: Created By field, you can create dashboards to track that information. Here are a couple we've built for your reference:
