Updates to ReadyTalk for Salesforce: Import Recordings and more!

More and more, recorded content is becoming just as important as live webinars and meetings.  As schedules become busier and as we become more on-the-go than ever before, the ability to view a product demo or learn about the latest best practices for our respective industry on our own time is imperative.  ReadyTalk has provided robust recording, editing, and playback tools for quite some time now; however, getting that detail and data out of ReadyTalk and into Salesforce has been a manual task of uploading and downloading if you were even doing that at all.

The days of tedious and time-consuming spreadsheets are now over. The latest release of ReadyTalk for Salesforce enables users to import recordings and their corresponding detail, as well as playback registration and duration data.

After a one-time import of a recording, Salesforce will automatically update with any new registration information, as well as the playback status and once it is viewed, the duration. This type of instant visibility enables timely and relevant follow-up by your sales team, leading to higher lead conversion and better return on your overall webinar investment.

Invite to Playback Recording

Just like with a ReadyTalk meeting, you can invite prospects or customers to plyabck a recording directly from the lead or contact record with a polished email template.  Even better, the Salesforce record will update immediately to reflect playback history, giving sales reps a quick glance into their prospects' activity.

In addition, there are improvements to the standard suite of reports and dashboards, making them more tailored to the type of meeting a user is conducting (like a webinar, training session, or sales demo) to help drive downstream workflows within salesforce.com.  Even better, if you have a specific set of reports and dashboards you'd like to set up for your organization, we provide instructions on how to go about it.

Last but not least, as prospects register for an upcoming webinar, they may or may not already be a contact or lead record in salesforce.com.  If you end up with several unmatched registrants, we have streamlined the process to make it much easier to de-dupe records, and subsequently create new leads.
