Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know whether I need a webinar or webcast?
A webinar can be a presentation, group demo or training session. It can help you communicate internally or externally to 3,000 or fewer people. Webcasts stream live and have a variety of options, including supporting 17 languages and serving more than 3,000 people.
Which kind of collaboration tool should I get?
At ReadyTalk, we have two solutions that can help your meetings.
If you need impromptu video meetings where you can share documents and meet with smaller teams, FoxDen is probably the best product for you.
If you need a bigger solution for more formal meetings, we recommend our ReadyTalk meetings product.
Can you help me decide which is the right plan for me?
Absolutely! We’re available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I mix and match plans to suit my needs?
Let us know what you’re thinking and we can provide guidance. We’re available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do “toll” and “toll free” phone audio work?
With your ReadyTalk plan, you get unlimited meetings with up to 10 participants. Unlimited VoIP, US/CAN Toll, and US/CAN dial-out audio conferencing. For all other toll-free audio and recording, hosting is charged per-minute. Subject to a maximum of 10 participants per dial-in audio port.
