Editing a Scheduled Meeting

Edit a Meeting
From your Conference Center you can edit any of your upcoming meetings. Some changes, like date and time, will prompt you to send an email to update your participants. When you save the schedule change you'll have the option to create and send an email. This email can contain a custom message and downloadable files to accompany the new schedule information. This email is only sent to the registered attendees of your meeting.
