Installing Your Meeting Controls

The first time you host a web meeting, you'll be prompted to open your Meeting Controls. This installation is a one-time process that will allow you to manage meetings.

To Install the Meeting Controls
1. In the conference center, select either an On Demand or Scheduled Meetinng.
2. Click on "Open Meeting Controls".
3. An on screen prompt will appear, asking you to download the meeting controls.
Install web meeting plugin
Your control panel will allow you to manage meeting participants, share content, and control your audio channel. If you ever need to promote a co-presenter, they will also need to download and install these meeting controls.
