Meeting Registration Types

When you schedule a meeting, you must decide between two methods that your participants will use to register for your meeting.
Pre-Register Before the Meeting or Register at Time of Meeting

Note: Once you decide the registration type, it cannot be changed after the meeting is created.
Meeting Registartion Type

Register At Time of Meeting

Use this option if you do not need people to register as an attendee prior to the start of the meeting. Participants will open the registration link and, after entering their information, be dropped in a Meeting Lobby. If the meeting has not yet started, they'll see a countdown timer to when the meeting will begin. Once the meeting host starts the meeting, anybody waiting in this lobby will be automatically redirected to the meeting room to connect their audio.

Pre-Register before the meeting
Use this option if you want to gather an attendee list prior to the start of your meeting. The meeting registration link is included in the meeting invitation email.
Once your meeting is created, you can open your meeting details page from the Conference Center to find its Registration Link and see how many people have registered. You can provide this unique registration link to allow participants to register without sending an email invitation.
